14-Day Return Policy
We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, the following conditions must be met:
- The return must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item
- The item must be in its original condition — unused and with all tags still attached
- Any complimentary items included with your order must also be returned in their original condition
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A restocking fee of $7.99 will be deducted from your refund

Every returned product is carefully inspected by our team — real people, not machines — to check for hairs, stains, or signs of use before it can be made available again. This small fee helps cover the cost of that thorough quality check and cleaning process, so we can continue to uphold the high standards our dog-loving community deserves.
To initiate a return, please contact us at pelsbarnbeds@gmail.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send your package back. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages or Quality Issues
Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at pelsbarnbeds@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. This allows us to assess the situation quickly and make it right for you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (such as nail trimmers and wipes)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards

Sale Items
Sale items are eligible for returns under the same conditions as regular-priced items.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for both sale and non-sale items, with the exception of customized products and personal care items. The exchange process follows the same steps as a standard return. To begin an exchange, please contact us at pelsbarnbeds@gmail.com.
✅ Exchanges are excluded from the restocking fee.
Restocking Fee
A flat restocking fee of $7.99 USD will be deducted from your refund for all eligible returns. This fee covers the processing and inspection costs associated with returned items.
🐾 Every return is personally reviewed by our team to ensure it meets our hygiene and quality standards before being made available to another pet family. We appreciate your understanding — it's how we keep our community's trust.
Exchanges are excluded from this fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time on their end.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at pelsbarnbeds@gmail.com and we'll look into it right away.
